Interview Experience

In order to gain a deeper understanding of Cleaning Squad’s work and find out their bitterness unknown to others, our team spent several Wednesday afternoons on visiting the Luzhou District Office to interview the hard-working cleaning crew. Each interview leaves a pleasant memory for us, and they also make us know more about the cleaning crew. Here is what we have learned, and what each of us feels deeply impressed.

Jia Ouyang	I think that these interviews have given me a lot of valuable experience and have given me a better understanding of the Cleaning Squad. And what I can do is to fulfill their hopes - to promote environmental protection and reduce the amount of rubbish. I hope that all of us can really do our best to work together for the Earth's environment.
Shun-kai Nien	Their hard work keeps the ditches under our streets clean and unblocked, so that they will not breed mosquitoes and the water flow will not be blocked in rain. We hope that everyone can understand the hard work of the cleaning staff and everyone will do his best to make our environment better.
Chia-yu Chang	After this interview, I learn that although the cleaning crews feel their work very hard, in fact, they will be very happy and pleased for our simple acts.
Tze-hsuan Tzeng	It may be okay for a person to have this habit of littering, but think about how many people in the whole Luzhou District? If there are 10, 20 or 30 people littering today, then the cleaning crew cannot clean these trashes made every day although they have spent all their time.
Tze-yi Tzeng	We find that members of every team are upset by many bad habits of us. They can do nothing to those people disobeying rules. There is no way to prevent littering because those people will disobey rules again no matter how much they are fined. Therefore, the heart of the cleaning crew is very confused.
Jing-ting Chen	I originally thought that their work was very simple. After the interview, I learn that there are many difficulties in their work. Whether it is heavy rain or burning sun, they must work hard to maintain the cleanliness of our environment and make their efforts for our environment. I hope we can say “thank you” to them when we see them working hard to clean!
I-chin Chen	During each interview, I always hear of people being discourteous and disrespectful to them. However, let’s think about it. It is surely us who make the street dirty and messy. After these interviews, I think the Cleaning Squad should be more respected because they maintain environmental cleanliness every day. In fact, in the eyes of the cleaning crews, they can understand more than us about whether people’s quality, attitude and the society really improves.
Ching-ya Hong	After the interview, I have learned the hard work of the Cleaning Squad, and I have also realized that the environment should be maintained by everyone. I hope that through our meager power, we can make everyone aware of Cleaning Squad's voice, and make every effort to clean the environment.
Pei-ju Liao	After these visits, we have got the opportunity to ask a lot of questions that we want to ask. I have also learned about the work of the 7 teams in the Cleaning Squad. I hope people can say “Thank you” or “Thanks for your hard work” when seeing these cleaning crews in the future.
