Cleaning Squad’s work is very heavy and dangerous, so when they carry out their duties they must wear reflective vests, with safety helmets on their heads, thick gloves in their hands, bulky safety shoes on their feet, as well as fastened with cumbersome safety buckle, etc., during the moving of the vehicle. All equipment is to protect their safety, and it is the most important thing for the Cleaning Squad, and they are also very grateful to the senior officer for providing various equipment. However, the improvement and upgrading of working equipment can enhance the working efficiency of cleaning crew and ensure the safety of their work. We think the equipment they expect to add or upgrade includes vehicles or carts, high-performance recorders and monitors, etc., all of which help to make their work more efficient.

In the Cleaning Squad, there is a work bonus system where bonuses can be awarded as long as their attendance is normal, and the work is done earnestly without mistakes. However, as for the distribution of grass-root cleaning crew’s work bonus, the bonuses of some jobs are higher, while most are relatively low. Although the difference between the bonus amount of each other is not big, but it leads to the psychological imbalance of some people. “We all work hard, but why are their bonuses higher, while we are lower? We have not done less than them!” This is the voice of grass-root cleaning crew. Therefore, the implementation of the assessment mechanism and the reasonable distribution of bonuses is expected by the cleaning crew.

Cleaning Squad carries out staff travel every year. But it was not carried out since Luzhou City was upgraded to Luzhou District. The cleaning crew said: “We work with rubbish every day and we work very tired. If the travel can be carried out, and let's go outside, we will not feel so tired.” Therefore, they really hope that the annual staff travel can be resumed so as to relax the cleaning crew.
