Education drives quality

Members of the Cleaning Squad said, compared to 20 years ago, the current environment is really much better. In the past, almost all the roads were covered with rubbish, and people often threw rubbish freely on the roadside in the middle of the night. There were forty or fifty bags of rubbish in a single messy spot. Just imaging that picture, bags of red and black rubbish was thrown beside the transformer box with many flies flying around them, how terrible-looking it was?

At present, there are only 5 bags of rubbish left in a single messy spot on average, and the contrast is very obvious. Although there are still a few bags of rubbish, the environment is still making steady progress. We also believe that the messy spot can slowly disappear in the future along with the popularization of education and network.

The kindness of the public

People will give a few bottles of mineral water to the cleaning crew and ask them to take a rest in the shade when they see the cleaning crew working very hard under the sun with sweat streaming down their back. Although they are unable to take a break during their work, the kindness of the public has been indeed accepted.

Hearing the familiar music from the garbage truck, every household comes out with garbage. When delivering the rubbish to the cleaning crew, people always say “thank you”. Although the face of the cleaning crew may seem with no change, perhaps there is a warm stream in their heart, so that the accumulated tiredness of the whole day will be unloaded a lot.

Sometimes, there is always some garbage threw by people on the sidewalk in front of the store. When there is no guest in the store, the storekeeper will always take the scoop and sweep the floor by himself. Whenever the cleaning crew sweeps there, at the thought that the store has help him sweep it clean in advance, his heart is full of gratefulness after seeing the floor has been cleaned.

Heartfelt delight

 “Young people can change their quality. When you talk to young people, they will reply that they have got it, and you will find they really do as you have said after a few days.” Members of the resource recovery team said that the improvement of the education system gradually improves people's quality. At present, young people accept more information and understand more about the hard work of the cleaning crew, so they will not deliberately embarrass us. Children are kind to us as well, because they are all educated.

Few of these improvement in people's quality may be noticed by ordinary people, and they may feel nothing. However, the group of people who are responsible for maintaining the environment will notice these small improvements and feel deeply. They always smile regardless of the burning sun and the strong wind and rain.
