In order to have successful interviews we designed questions beforehand. We worked very hard but found that we all came up with similar questions. So we started to think of questions in turn. So we will not end up in similar questions again.

It was very painful to think of questions. Sometime we had to cancel a question because it was a little weird although we spent quite a long time to come up with it. But thank for Bao-le Chen’s jokes, the atmosphere was quite good.

When I had one once in a while, it was rejected because it was not appropriate. This process was very painful and we finally came up with over 10 questions.

The basic thing with an interview is not to be embarrassed. But it also depends on whether the interviewee is humorous enough. Everyone was sharing their ideas, except me! I thought I was so useless. Suddenly, I found a sociology book in the draw. We changed some of the questions in it and got lots of questions. At that, I found that I was so useful.
